With a background in Social Work, I am a firm believer that we all have the capacity to conquer all that life may bring. You are your greatest tool! Everyone has the potential to live a life that is fulfilling and successful. It is my intent to aid others in actually doing the work and exceeding their potential to achieve that life based on purpose.
Utilizing techniques of cognitive behavioral treatment and holistic, spirit-centered methodology it is my mission to lead others to self awareness and actualization.
